About the role:As a Management Accountant you will be a detail-oriented and commercially minded playing a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic support to drive business performance.<ul><li>The preparation of Management Accounts, P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and other reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, including cost centre analysis and reporting</li><li>COGS, Waste, Inlogs &amp; Outlogs (including Temp P&amp;L) - P&amp;L &amp; BS analysis</li><li>Liaising with department managers to provide financial support and interpret financial data for non-financial personnel</li></ul> Key Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Input into budget and forecast processes</li><li>Identifying and assessing business risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining financial controls</li><li>Cross train on all other areas of management accounts to ensure full holiday and sickness cover across the team</li><li>Help the Transactional Finance team as and when the business requires</li></ul> The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>An experienced, qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA, finance professional, ideally from a product-led or FMCG business</li><li>Technically strong, process-driven, and passionate about systems, automation, and efficiency</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to build structure and controls under pressure</li><li>Detail-oriented and collaborative, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders</li><li>Confident communicator who can influence across all levels of the business</li><li>Advanced excel skills are essential</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames</li><li>Sage 200 experience preferrable</li></ul> What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Competitive Bonus Scheme</li><li>25 days holiday &#43; Bank holidays (two bank holidays are interchangeable for other religious holidays)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Company Pension Scheme</li><li>Hybrid Working module: This can vary by department, with some operating on a 3-day onsite/2-day WFH model and others on a 4-day onsite/1-day WFH.
