About the role:

As a Senior Operations Planner you will support on the planning and management of the day-to-day operation of our chilled supply chain to maintain target stock levels, maximise our service to customers & minimise waste.

• Build strong relationships with our suppliers to mitigate issues and smooth changeover between products & artwork.
• Work with co-manufacturers to improve our service while ensuring efficiency of manufacture & controlling costs.
• Collaborate internally with demand planning, customer service & the rest of the supply planning team.
• Assist in the stock reconciliation process at month end to ensure all finished goods and components are accounted for.
• Analyse supplier performance measuring KPIs and holding them to account with regular supplier reviews.
• Line management of one direct report.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Analytical, with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Good organisation skills & ability to communicate effectively as part of a team & with suppliers
• Previous supply planning or operational planning experience
• The energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
• Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets & deadlines
• An open-minded approach to the role and a flexible, can do, friendly attitude. Our business is constantly changing!
• Experience with Sage or similar with products requiring a Bill of Materials
• Prior line management experience
